Our products are designed and manufactured to the highest standards, catering to both modern Thai restaurants and hospitality establishments.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the POS support for LS Business Center.
  • Manage the implementation of LSBC - Retail Business.
  • Deploy retail solutions and corresponding services to customers.
  • Plan, install, maintain, support, train, and develop best practices while ensuring team adherence to processes and procedures.
  • Configure POS Database, Hardware, and Software.
  • Provide on-site and remote support, including telephone and remote access assistance for customers.
  • Evaluate new technology trends and recommend POS solutions.
  • Lead system and integration design for software applications meeting business requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT teams for seamless integration of software into existing infrastructure and alignment with IT roadmap.
  • Work with business users, analysts, project managers, CRM developers, and IT teams for successful project delivery.
  • Manage tasks effectively, work collaboratively, and maintain professional communication within the workplace and with customers.
  • Monitor service level agreements (SLA) and KPIs, leading teams to improve processes.
  • Regularly review and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Provide periodic progress reports to the general manager.
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT-related fields such as Information Technology, MIS, or CIS.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in any POS Application, with preference for Microsoft Dynamics LS Business Central, SAP CAR PER POSDM.
  • Proficient in SQL, data warehousing, data analytics, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, committed to excellence, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work overtime, shifts, or weekends as needed.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in team management.
