Job Responsibilities

 

The mission statement of our team is to help our customer gain the highest value via using our solution & be able to prove it while help internal team better understand our customers.

 

As a customer PM, you will be in the consultant role, proposing ways for our customers to utilize our solution to the fullness.

You will start by understanding their needs, you’ll then drive the product configuration that can best fit the customers, work with internal team for product delivery, host training session, owns customer support as well as analyzing customer feedback & data to make suggestions for future improvement.

 

With this role, you will be representing the customer to the internal team, so our product can always stay close to the market/customer needs; you will also be representing our company to the customers, being the expert of employee relationship management and help make a difference in many employees’ life at work!

 

Primary Responsibility:

  • Observing and gathering customer pain point & needs, and translate into actionable proposal.
  • Negotiating with customers on feature scope, timeline & success criteria
  • Work with internal team for product delivery & launch
  • Come up with customer training document/video & host training seminars to give customer a great onboarding experience.
  • When encountered issues, help with customer support
  • Join our data program where you will help to prove our value & better understand our customers by analyzing usage data, key Metrix as well as hosting different on-site qualitative & quantitative experiments.

Job Qualifications

 

  • A great communication
  • Problem solving Skills: Be able to identify the core/real problem for our customers and come up with potential solutions.
  • B2B Customer training or service experience
  • Passionate, willing to help & a team player by nature
  • Detail oriented & be able to complete tasks individually
  • Excellent in Thai & English
  • 3-5 years of working experience
  • Data analytic skills is a plus
  • Experience in software, FAE, Sales PM, BI.
