Bangkok – Adecco Thailand Group Participates in Job Expo Thailand 2025 to Empower Job Seekers and Drive a Sustainable Labor Market
Adecco Thailand Group recently participated in Job Expo Thailand 2025, hosted by the Department of Employment under the Ministry of Labor at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. Held under the Ministry’s mission of “Job Opportunities for All,” the event demonstrated strong collaboration between public and private sectors in advancing Thailand’s labor market sustainability.
Marie Antonette Anciro, Country Director of the Adecco Group Thailand, stated,
“Adecco is committed to elevating Thailand’s workforce by integrating advanced technology with professional career advisory services. Our goal is to prepare job seekers from every walk of life and help develop a talent pool that meets the demands of tomorrow’s job market. At Job Expo Thailand 2025, we curated engaging activities designed to empower and inspire attendees, including:
-
Work Style Survey – A self-assessment to help participants discover their ideal working style.
-
Job Seeker Survey – A behavioral and expectation survey to gather insights for an upcoming whitepaper titled ‘Understanding Thai Job Seekers in 2025’.
-
Win the Prize – A spin-the-wheel game with exciting giveaways to draw booth engagement.
A major highlight was AI Job Matching, an intelligent tool that recommends job openings based on a candidate’s skills and interests, then automatically emails the results. This was complemented by on-site career consultations from Adecco’s professional recruiters—offering a modern and personalized job search experience for the next-generation workforce.
Adecco also hosted a special online seminar titled ‘How to Introduce Yourself Professionally and Impressively’, where Adecco experts shared practical tips to help candidates prepare for interviews and improve their chances of securing a job.
Throughout the event, Adecco’s booth welcomed over 1,500 visitors, with more than 1,425 participants taking part in job-related surveys, reflecting strong engagement and interest from job seekers.
Khun Marie added, “This year’s positive turnout reflects the growing demand for quality talent in Thailand. With over 500,000 job vacancies still available across the country, Adecco remains committed to working with all stakeholders to expand employment opportunities and improve workforce quality for sustainable national development.”
