Job Responsibilities
- Provide overall Secretarial function to Managing Director.
- Handling and arranging scheduling appointment, meetings and taking minutes of meeting with clients, suppliers and/or internally.
- Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for business joint-ventures or suppliers.
- Maintain schedules and calendar arrange and confirm appointments.
- Co-ordinate with all departments within Organization.
- Documenting, managing records, filing management.
- Being able to travel with Managing Director (Occasionally) to meet customers.
- Perform other duties or ad-hoc duties as being assigned
Experience requirements
- 1-2 years experiences in Secretarial Function.
- Good personality and interpersonal skills.
- Highly responsible and being able to work under pressure and limited timeline.
- Well Organized and proactive.
- Good command of both written and spoken English (Chinese is advantage).
- Proficient with e-mail, MS Office (basic numerical skill is advantage).
- Be able to travel in upcountry or oversea.
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
