Job Responsibilities
  • Provide overall Secretarial function to Managing Director.
  • Handling and arranging scheduling appointment, meetings and taking minutes of meeting with clients, suppliers and/or internally.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for business joint-ventures or suppliers.
  • Maintain schedules and calendar arrange and confirm appointments.
  • Co-ordinate with all departments within Organization.
  • Documenting, managing records, filing management.
  • Being able to travel with Managing Director (Occasionally) to meet customers.
  • Perform other duties or ad-hoc duties as being assigned


Experience requirements
  • 1-2 years experiences in Secretarial Function.
  • Good personality and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly responsible and being able to work under pressure and limited timeline.
  • Well Organized and proactive.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English (Chinese is advantage).
  • Proficient with e-mail, MS Office (basic numerical skill is advantage).
  • Be able to travel in upcountry or oversea.


Education requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
