Accounting Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of finance and accounting
- Petty cash control
- Manage and monitor month / year-end process, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, treasury and budgeting Cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis
- Capital assets reconciliations
- Fixed asset and debt activity
- Prepare and control budget
- Submit tax and tax report (PND 2,3,53, P.P.30)
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Provide recommendations on financial and accounting issue
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy Meet financial accounting objectives
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
Experience requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 10 years working experience in accounting and finance in managerial level in automotive part and manufacturing industry
- Solid knowledge in bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- Have CPD License
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
- Good command of English communication
- Experience in using Mac5
- Able to work on Alternate Saturday
