Job Responsibilities
Operations Function :
• Review and maintain standard of credit policy
• Review credit application & credit reference in order to set credit limit and ensure credit worthiness
• Plan and create new strategy and implement for new way
• Manage customer credit profile
• Review, monitor and approve credit recommendation
• Handle key account for credit application
• Summarize report to management team
Management function :
• Maintain a department organizational structure sufficient to meet all goals and objectives.
• Motivate and provide consult to staffs
• Monitor team and individual performance
Experience requirements
- Bachelor degree in accounting or any related field
- Working experience over 5 years as credit management
- Experience in management level over 3 years
- Knowledge of credit-law, credit scoring system
- Good command of English (to present to Japanese manager)
- Computer literacy
- Understand Japanese working environment
