Job Responsibilities
- Handle for strategy creation from standard guideline, vision, mission in order to follow company HQ
- Analyze marketing plan, competitors, trend, as well as customer satisfaction
- Summarize sales & marketing reports and work closely with Japanese management to update status
- Manage and control price, promotion and marketing channel
- Accountable for product development and new innovation to serve to customers
- Visit shop and analyze customers' trend
- Responsible for budget control and management
- Forecast sales plan and create activities to achieve target
Experience requirements
- Thai native speaker
- Bachelor degree in any related field
- Direct experience at least 2 years working as Marketing, Analyst, Brand or Product Development in retail function
- Leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
- Japanese language is a must (to deal with Japanese management)
- Business English
- Strategic thinking
