Job Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to the business on consumer law issues and resolving disputes including reviewing marketing collateral and member complaints.
- Research all legislation affecting and ensure that relevant departments are informed of new or proposed legislation and project manage any implementation changes required to achieve compliance.
- Undertake regular compliance audits.
- Provide advice and manage matters briefed to external lawyers, within budget.
- Safeguard original documentation and licences.
- Maintain and update licensing renewal schedules and documents.
Experience requirements
- Registered Solicitor with degree in Legal
- 7+ years of relevant experience work with a Leading law firm and/or high profile consumer brand
- Excellence in English & Thai – both written and spoken
- People-focused
- Robust knowledge in Consumer Protection Law
