Job Responsibilities
- Provide advise to company’s affiliates on law and legal related issues such as commercial, HR, BOI, service
- Support to review, draft, revise agreement and contract in order to make sure that company will not be in risk
- Work closely with team and management to create standard, guidance, rule and regulation as well as system improvement
- Deal with Japan HQ to update news, and regular strategies
- Assignment from manager
Experience requirements
- Thai native speaker
- Bachelor degree in Law
- Working experience 3-15 years
- At least 3 years working experience directly as Law in Law firm or Corporate
- Good communication, logical and systematical thinking
- Require business English : TOEIC over 800 scores
- Computer literacy
- Understand well in Japanese working environment
