Legal and Compliance Specialist

Job Responsibilities
- Review companies’ business contract
- Prepare legal information and regulations of government authority for internal use including assist in providing advice and communicate with BOT about legal and regulatory requirements
- Supervise, monitor, and control payment business in compliance with company’s policies and legal regulations of the BOT and other related authority units
Experience requirements
- 2-5 years’ experience in payment, acquiring business or related fields.
- Good command of English both spoken and written
- Experience in compliance, legal, BOT regulations and AML, especially experience in e-payment license applying is advantage
- Familiar and proficient on KYC, AML/CFT knowledge with high sensitivity to legal, compliance and operational risks.
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Laws, Banking business or related fields
