Job Responsibilities
- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of housekeepers, maintenance personnel, concierge staff, and other service providers. Conduct regular training and performance evaluations to ensure high service standards.
- Guest Services: Ensure residents receive top-notch service by addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly. Coordinate with the concierge team to manage reservations, special requests, and other resident services.
- Property Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the property, including regular inspections, repairs, and renovations. Ensure all facilities are in excellent condition and comply with safety regulations.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the operational budget, including expenses for maintenance, staffing, and supplies. Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and efficient use of resources.
- Compliance: Ensure the property complies with all local regulations and safety standards. Implement and monitor safety protocols to protect residents and staff.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to enhance the property's reputation and occupancy rates. Participate in strategic planning to align operational goals with the overall business strategy.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operational performance, including financial metrics, resident satisfaction, and maintenance activities. Present findings to senior management and suggest improvements.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a luxury hospitality or residential setting.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (HSK Level 5) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
- Knowledge of property maintenance and safety regulations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
