Head of Accounting Department

Our client is a leading Telcommunications technology company in Thailand. With their nearly 30 years of experiences in the industry, they specialize in providing comprehensive solutions across various telecommunications technologies. The Head of Accounting will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting, accounting operations, tax compliance and internal control of the company.

• Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international accounting standards
• Ensure timely submission of financial reports, tax filings and regulatory requirements
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL and payroll
• Optimize financial processes and internal controls to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with senior management to develop budgets, financial forecasts and strategic plans
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee the preparation of tax returns, liaise with external auditors
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, at least 5 years of leadership experience
• Proven experience in financial consolidation in public companies, intercompany transactions, and multi-entry reporting
• Prefer background in technology or Telcommunication industry
• Proficiency in ERP systems and SAP
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or a related field
• CPA or CPD Licenses are preferred
