Our client is a provides solution service including maintenance for GIS, Transformer, Switchgear, UPS, Motor, Inverter, PLC, Instrument.
Job Responsibilities
- Technical Issue Resolution: Monitor and address existing technical service issues, providing enhanced solutions.
- Operational Planning: Develop both short-term and long-term strategic plans to improve service quality and reduce issues.
- Customer Issue Analysis: Collect and analyze customer complaints and develop plans to mitigate them.
- Team Supervision: Oversee and monitor the performance of technical service personnel.
- Equipment and Spare Parts Management: Ensure the adequacy of maintenance spares and equipment, and manage procurement orders.
- Quotation Preparation: Prepare quotations for electrical equipment and systems requested by clients.
- Field Support: Provide on-site support during construction, testing, and commissioning phases.
- Relationship Building: Maintain good working relationships with internal and external project stakeholders.
- Client Relationship Development: Develop strong relationships and accounts with clients.
- Leadership Skills: Mentor and assist junior engineers in project tasks.
Experience requirements
- Vocational Education or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 10 years of experience in technical service or field engineering at a supervisory level.
- Management experience to lead a team.
- Planning skills and experience in designing new operations.
- High level of interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluent in Thai and English, both spoken and written.
- Thai nationality.
- Willingness to travel overseas and work on weekends, public holidays, and night shifts (approximately 20 days/year).
