Production supervisor

Our client is a leading firm in Asia with a focus on Food & Beverage, Properties, and Publishing & Printing. In Thailand and Indochina, it has an annual turnover of 10,000 million Baht and offers a variety of quality products like milk, juice, and beverages. 1. Execute, operate and analyse production processes and workflows specific to process, milk tablet, and filling & packing operations, implementing improvements

2. Train, guide and mentor production teams in respective areas to build skills, ensure high performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

3. Coordinate and liaise with the Center of Excellence team to ensure production activities meet regulatory and quality standards and documentations as needed within the specific production areas.

4. Execute and monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, implementing safety protocols and conducting regular safety audits.

5. Liaise and coordinate with other departments, such as engineering, logistics, and procurement, to align production activities in the specialized areas with overall business goals and resolve any issues that may arise.

6. Execute, Analyse and document budgets for the specific production areas, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.

7. Analyse and execute new technologies and systems to enhance production capabilities, driving innovation and operational excellence.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Food Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a production supervisory role.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and interpret technical data.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
