Research and Development Manager (Cosmetic)

Our newly built factory in Thailand operates in compliance with standards, guaranteeing the delivery of top-notch products to clients and exports a wide variety of cosmetic products.

• Drive the development of new and innovative cosmetic and skincare formulations to meet market demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate market insights into viable product concepts.
• Work closely with formulation scientists to create new cosmetic and skincare products that meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new product concepts.
• Maintain detailed records of R&D activities, including formulation details, test results, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing teams to scale up and commercialize successful formulations 

• At least 5 years of experience in R&D within the cosmetics, skincare, or personal care industry.
• Proven experience in product formulation, ingredient knowledge, and regulatory compliance in the cosmetic industry.
• Strong understanding of cosmetic science, safety protocols, and testing methodologies.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Creative, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to innovate and develop new products.

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Cosmetic Science or Pharmacy.
