Software Quality Specialist

• Collaborate with internal management and headquarters staff to oversee the quality of software development.
• Establish and implement a quality management system, ensuring its effective operation.
• Contribute to the improvement of quality processes and the development of a software quality strategy and vision.
• Participate in all project planning meetings to comprehend the scope of work approved by the quality team.
• Conduct regular internal audits of the quality management system and produce timely audit reports.
• Collaborate with project management to monitor and ensure the project’s quality status aligns with organizational goals.
• Support and manage the System Testing Team to maintain control over product quality.
• Prepare and manage the budget on an annual and quarterly basis and assist with purchasing related to quality activity enhancements.
• Analyze and address any problems related to quality processes and outcomes.

• Experience in software quality assurance, process definition, software audit and change management
• Strong experience for applying many software quality management techniques
• Familiar with the software quality metrics, standards, and best practices
• Strong skill of team work, organizational, communication, leader ship, logical thinking and analytical
• Optional for technical skill which related to Web/Embedded development would be advantage
