Job Position: IT Staff - Industrial Products Manufacturing Company

Work location: Bangkok

Company overview:

Our client is a well-known industrial-related products manufacturing company, such as automotive, smartphone, pharmaceutical, machinery, laser cutting, measurement products, etc. The company has exhibited for over 50 years in Japan, with motivation and a high market share in global markets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and consultation to end-users regarding all IT infrastructure systems within  the organization through ticketing system, email, and phone communication

• Ensure the security and stability of the company’s network by implementing up-to-date and appropriate cybersecurity technologies

• Continuously improve and optimize IT infrastructure to effectively support business operations by leveraging modern IT solutions and innovations

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, systems, and procedures

• Coordinate and negotiate with external vendors and service providers to ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of IT network services

Common IT Process:

• Manage and maintain software licenses and related IT service contracts to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness

• Oversee and track company IT assets, including infrastructure equipment, to ensure proper utilization and lifecycle management

• Coordinate with the Purchasing department to facilitate procurement and deployment of IT devices and equipment

• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up and disabling user accounts across various systems to maintain security and operational readiness

IT Infrastructure Support:

• Provide basic troubleshooting for cloud and infrastructure services to ensure stable operations

• Support O365 services (Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Defender, WIP)

• Maintain AWS services including Active Directory and File Server

• Monitor and support network systems (SD-WAN, Cisco Wi-Fi controller, AP, L2/L3 Switch, Router)

• Maintain VOIP systems (Cisco, MS Teams, Genesys)

• 2–3 years of experience in Windows Server, Office 365, and Active Directory (advantage)

• Familiar with TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Switch, Firewall, Router, Access Point, and IP Phone

• Strong knowledge of computer networks, server management, and troubleshooting

• Cisco configuration skills or CCNA certification is an advantage

• Experience with Cisco routing and switching is preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related fields

• English: Internal Conversation Level (TOEIC 650 would be advantages)
