Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of employees.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assess training needs and monitor training programs to ensure continuous development.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures and ensure adherence across the organization.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for senior leadership.
