Job Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and communicate compensation and benefits policies.
- Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive pay structures.
- Manage salary reviews, bonuses, promotions, and manpower budgets.
- Partner with business units on C&B, welfare, incentives, and reporting.
- Lead performance management processes in coordination with stakeholders.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with internal and legal standards.
- Address employee inquiries on compensation, benefits, and welfare.
- Oversee HRIS operations, ensuring data accuracy and PDPA compliance.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for internal and global use.
- Stay updated on employment laws and ensure policy alignment.
- Optimize C&B processes for efficiency and compliance.
- Manage the global HR platform and leverage data for reporting and decisions.
Experience requirements
- 5+ years’ HR experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
