Financial Controller

Our client is a globally renowned luxury hospitality design firm, known for crafting immersive experiences and timeless spaces across Asia. They are currently looking for a driven, detail-oriented Financial Controller oversee the group’s financial operations across multiple regions. As Financial Controller, you will lead group-wide consolidation, manage statutory and management reporting, and ensure audit compliance. You will be a key liaison with external auditors and support the CFO in driving financial integrity, process improvement, and compliance across the group

• Improve and maintain financial controls and internal processes across regions
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial consolidation across multiple entities and regions
• Prepare month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Ensure Local Financial Statutory Compliance including local FRS/IFRS, Audit, Taxation and government regulations
• Oversee billing and revenue management across the region, collaborating closely with Studio Directors and Project Managers to ensure accurate project accounting
• Collaborate with business partners, technical teams, project managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and execute projects that support business expansion, enhance free cash flow, and improve the customer experience
• Provide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting of future financial performance, as well as tracking and variance analysis
• Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing and collections, as well as project profitability

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience, including:
  • Group consolidation accounting
  • External audit experience, either from Big 4 or equivalent in-house exposure
• Strong knowledge of IFRS / GAAP
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Prior experience in a consulting environment, service-based industry, or property development is highly desirable

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or CFA is required
