Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers in the application of chemical products.
- Conduct field trials, lab evaluations, and technical investigations to address performance or formulation issues.
- Act as the key technical contact for customers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Develop application guidelines, technical bulletins, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the R&D team on new product development based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Analyze market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and assist in the creation of go-to-market strategies.
- Support sales and marketing teams in customer presentations, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the company and gather market intelligence.
Experience requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical service, application development, or marketing in the chemical industry.
- Strong understanding of chemical formulations and product performance evaluation.
- Hands-on experience in laboratory testing and customer field support is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with R&D, sales, and marketing teams.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to identify customer needs and translate them into actionable product or service offerings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or technical documentation tools is a plus.
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
