Project Development Architect

Our client is built on a triad of collaboration between the developer, consultancy, and investment partner. This model is designed to drive the development and management of high-potential real estate projects, deliver expert consultancy services, and secure strategic capital through the Group’s robust network and collaborative efforts.

• Provide recommendations and supervise on technical issues related to architecture, interior design, Thailand’s law and regulation etc. 
• Review shop drawings and specifications during project development and project construction phase and manage all design stage and EIA (measure).
• Research materials to determine appropriate selection for project.
• Provide design development aspect and insights- creativity and functionality. 
• Feasibility study – site survey and investigation, regulation constrains etc.
• Participate in both internal and external meetings to ensure that drawings are well designed; quality and functionality are being met by the regulation and the developer’s requirements. 
• Ensure that the construction process and procedure comply with relevant regulations and permits.
• Prepare documents to obtain the necessary authority approvals and manage the contract and tender process. 
• Work with the project manager to ensure that the resources are being used efficiently and efficiently – the end goal is to have the project complete in time within the forecasted budget. 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or related field
• 3+ years of real estate, architecture, construction and/or project management experience is required
• Experience with commercial company projects: office, apartment, retail etc. 
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills
• Project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage the time of others efficiently. 
• Design standards, regulations, and building codes knowledge
• Proficiency in a full suite of Microsoft office products, AutoCAD, Revit, and MS PROJECT
• Proficient in speaking and writing (English)
• Leadership skills and an ability to motivate your team to ensure a high standard of work.
