Our client is a leading global provider of security solutions, specializing in the design and manufacture of advanced security products and systems. With a strong focus on research and development, they are dedicated to providing cutting-edge technologies to create intelligent security systems.
They are now looking for Project Sales Manager who will play a key role in driving sales, building relationships with clients, and overseeing the successful execution of security projects across various industries.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead sales initiatives to drive business growth and revenue in the assigned projects
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to reach performance targets effectively
- Provide pre-sales technical support and advice, ensuring the right solutions are proposed and tailored to meet client needs
- Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, engineering and product management, to ensure seamless project delivery and client support
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
Experience requirements
- >3 years of proven experiences in project sales management or business development
- Prior experience in establishing customer base in the energy, education, retail, finance or real estate sectors is highly preferred
- Strong market analysis and product promotion capabilities, with a keen sensitivity to market trends and customer needs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese language proficiency is a plus
Education requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, IT or a related field
