Job Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with property developers to secure future project opportunities.
- Monitor new building developments and construction trends in central Bangkok.
- Analyze market needs and formulate business development strategies.
- Select appropriate development approaches and gather relevant market information.
- Conduct new business development and customer acquisition activities.
Experience requirements
- 3-5 years Experiences Real Estate business, Developing business.
- Able to negotiate with major developers
Education requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in any field
Languages: English – Intermediate level for internal communication
