The company provides vertical transportation solutions such as elevators, escalators, and moving walkways. With over 30 years of experience and many installations across Thailand and nearby countries, it continues to expand its services with a dedicated office in Bangkok for faster customer support.
Job Responsibilities
Sales & Project Coordination
- Maintain and update sales/project records, monitor pipeline and forecast reports, and support documentation and approval processes with relevant departments (HR, Finance, Admin).
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, presentations, and events for the DBS team.
- Manage sales order flow from internal approvals through procurement to finance and support billing/invoicing processes and payment follow-ups.
Customer and Cross-Functional Support
- Handle customer inquiries, provide after-sales coordination, and collaborate with engineering, service, and finance teams for smooth project execution.
- Support marketing initiatives and customer engagement through event preparation, material development, and training organization.
- Manage delivery of physical documents to customers and ensure professional communication.
Administrative Support
- Process internal DBS team documentation (e.g., payment vouchers, expense claims) and liaise with the accounting team at HQ.
- Oversee basic office operations, including coordination with cleaning and utility service providers to maintain a functional workspace.
Experience requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administration. New graduates are welcome.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Education requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in any field
Languages: English – Intermediate level for internal communication
