About the Company

Job Responsibilities
  • Set up the yearly goal, budget, and KPIs for the team to strictly follow.
  • Manage budgets and ensure legal compliance.
  • Ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
  • Oversee building projects, renovations, or refurbishments.
  • Analyze data to lead the recruitment plan for positions involving facilities management activities.
  • Oversee negotiating contracts and managing relationships with vendors and service providers such as cleaning, catering, and security services.
  • Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly.
  • Supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with tenants of third-party service providers (SDX) people.
  • Perform regular audits of third-party service provider (SDX) performance.
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in operation management, preferably maintenance or safety related functions in a large organization.
  • Good knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to read blueprints and comprehend technical documents
  • Strong organizational ability; attention to detail; interpersonal skills; oral ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints (internal & external)
  • Work may require pressure to be able handle multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Project Management software is a plus
