About the Company

Job Responsibilities
- Set up the yearly goal, budget, and KPIs for the team to strictly follow.
- Manage budgets and ensure legal compliance.
- Ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
- Oversee building projects, renovations, or refurbishments.
- Analyze data to lead the recruitment plan for positions involving facilities management activities.
- Oversee negotiating contracts and managing relationships with vendors and service providers such as cleaning, catering, and security services.
- Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly.
- Supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment.
- Maintain ongoing communication with tenants of third-party service providers (SDX) people.
- Perform regular audits of third-party service provider (SDX) performance.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of experience in operation management, preferably maintenance or safety related functions in a large organization.
- Good knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management.
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Must be able to read blueprints and comprehend technical documents
- Strong organizational ability; attention to detail; interpersonal skills; oral ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints (internal & external)
- Work may require pressure to be able handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Project Management software is a plus
