A leading manufacturer and distributor of modern herbal health products.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies across forecasting, inventory, production planning, and logistics.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of supply chain systems (ERP, WMS, TMS) to improve efficiency and visibility.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
- Oversee supplier relationships and procurement of raw materials and packaging, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to reduce stockouts and holding costs.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate and efficient scheduling.
- Supervise logistics and distribution operations, ensuring timely delivery to customers, including 7-Eleven stores.
Experience requirements
- Minimum 8 years of supply chain experience in FMCG, especially food & beverage.
- Strong system expertise in ERP/WMS/TMS.
- Proven leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
- Familiarity with Thailand’s FMCG market and 7-Eleven distribution channels is a plus.
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, or Business; Master’s preferred.
