Job Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with relevant parties for import processes from purchase order to warehouse delivery.
- Manage and source warehouse rental space.
- Liaise with international suppliers and internal departments (Purchasing, Warehouse, Finance) to prepare import documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of product costs and shipping fees.
- Track shipment status and monitor performance using KPIs.
- Collaborate with logistics providers (Freight Forwarders, Customs Brokers) to optimize import and transport processes.
- Prepare and verify import documents, including:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading (B/L)
- Certificate of Origin (FTA Forms: D, E, AK)
- Customs-related documents
Experience requirements
Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for efficient report preparation and document management.
Coordination Skills
- Experience in coordinating with forwarding agents, international suppliers, and warehouses to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Specialized Knowledge
- Solid understanding of logistics systems and import-export processes
- Familiarity with customs regulations, HS codes, and Free Trade Agreement (FTA) certificates of origin (e.g., Form D, E, AK)
Language Skills
- Good command of English, both spoken and written, for communication with international suppliers and handling import documentation.
