• Provide daily support to finance users working with both global (S/4HANA) and legacy (ECC) SAP systems

• Collaborate with key users and related departments to ensure smooth SAP system usage

• Support regional system deployment projects as the IT representative for Finance solutions

• Manage and implement SAP projects by rolling out the company’s global template to legal entities across Asia and China

• Work with regional finance specialists to apply standardized finance processes during each system implementation

• Configure, maintain, and enhance SAP FI sub-modules to support regional operations

• Participate in system upgrade activities and handle tasks related to SPAU adjustments

• Work closely with cross-functional SAP teams to resolve technical issues and support organizational change management

• Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle SAP Finance implementation, with hands-on design and configuration expertise

• Strong knowledge of SAP FI sub-modules: Accounts Payable (FI-AP), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), General Ledger (FI-GL), Asset Accounting (FIAA), Bank Accounting (FI-BL), and SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM)

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA and template implementation is preferred

• Basic understanding of ABAP development and SAP print technologies such as SAP Script, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms

• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage

• Skilled in Microsoft Office tools including Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Willingness to travel as required for project assignments

• Strong time management and self-organization skills

• Proactive and constructive in driving tasks to completion

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Strong conflict resolution abilities

• Capable of working effectively under pressure and tight deadlines

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in any fields

• English: Internal Communication Level (TOEIC 500 or more is preferred)

• Japanese: Internal Communication Level (JLPT N3 or above) (Optional)
