Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the service department to ensure efficient and timely handling of customer requests.
- Manage and lead a team of service staff, including training, development, and performance management.
- Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operation.
- Facilitate the resolution of customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Implement and enforce service policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and support business growth.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to service activities and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related engineering fields.
- 5 years of experience performing similar duties for functions.
- Good command in English.
- Ability to weld, including MIG and TIG, desired but not necessary.
- Understanding and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues such as VFDs, servo drives, sensors, PLCs, circuits, etc.
