Our partner is leading manufacturer and distributor of beverages and bakery products, trusted by top restaurant and café brands both domestically and internationally.
As the company expands its footprint across Southeast Asia, the HR Manager plays a strategic and operational role in building a future-ready workforce. This position will focus on designing and executing people development strategies to equip talent for growth, change, and cross-border collaboration. The ideal candidate is forward-thinking, business-driven, and passionate about developing people to thrive in fast-evolving environments.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and implement learning & development programs that build critical capabilities (e.g., leadership, cross-cultural skills, digital readiness).
- Create succession plans and talent pipelines for key functions and markets.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and agility.
- Plan and manage recruitment to support business expansion.
- Build local hiring strategies that are cost-effective, timely, and aligned with company values.
- Strengthen employer branding to attract top talent in new markets.
- Partner with leadership to assess future talent needs.
- Develop a scalable HR roadmap aligned with business expansion goals.
- Support organizational restructuring or role redesigns in new markets.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global standards.
- Serve as a strategic partner to business units, advising on people-related matters and workforce plans..
- Facilitate workshops and coaching for managers on performance, culture, and leadership.
- Lead the standardization of HR processes to ensure scalability and operational excellence.
Experience requirements
- At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, including managerial and strategic roles.
- Experience in companies undergoing expansion or transformation.
- Strong background in talent development, learning design, and organizational development.
- Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets and labor regulations is a plus.
- Excellent command of Thai and English
