Job Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, printers, CCTV, and other office equipment
- Handle basic IT issues related to networking, internet connection, and standard office software
- Support users across the company on day-to-day IT problems and liaise with external IT service providers as needed
- Maintain IT asset records and backup documentation in an organized and accessible
- manner
Experience requirements
- Thai native speaker
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
- At least 1 year Has Experience in IT Administration, Network Administration, or technical support in any industry
- Fair command in English
- Knowledge of maintaining in-house systems
- Knowledge of employee PC settings and network management and maintenance
