Job Position: Business Development

Work location: Bangkok - Near BTS and MRT

Our client is well known for leasing services company. The company was established for over 20 years with motivation and a high market share in the global construction and industrial markets.

• Gather and analyze market data to identify trends, competition, growth opportunities, and customer insights for new business evaluation

• Prepare reports, executive summaries, risk assessments, and present findings to management

• Proactively seek new business opportunities beyond core areas and apply critical thinking to develop performance-driven solutions

• Identify, evaluate, and build strategic partnerships to expand market reach and communicate service value to potential clients

• Collaborate on strategic plans for new product development, including go-to-market strategies and smooth project execution

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align business strategies with corporate plans and financial targets

• Communicate value propositions to customers and stakeholders, provide project updates to leadership, and document development processes for continuous improvement

• Review financial data to assess business impact and guide future investment decisions in line with company goals

• Have 5–7 years of experience across two or more industries, such as energy, infrastructure, waste management, industrial estates, medical, telecom, or government

• Show strong interest in financial and banking sectors, including corporate finance, leasing, asset finance, venture capital, and asset management

• Experience with business analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI is an advantage

• Possess logical thinking and analytical skills to interpret information within a business context

• Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude and readiness to take on diverse tasks

• Eager to learn, passionate about creating value, solving problems, and tackling new challenges

• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Apply strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on facts and business solutions

• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC score is preferred)
