This position is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company's business goals while ensuring compliance with legal regulations. The role requires strong expertise in modern HR tools, process optimization, and integrating HR functions with advanced technology solutions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement local and global compensation strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct benchmarking and labor market surveys to inform C&B strategy.
  • Manage employee benefits programs (e.g., health, retirement, wellness) and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Manage C&B policies, reporting, and compliance with legal and internal standards.
  • Oversee performance-based programs, including merit increases, KPIs, bonuses, and rewards.
  • Lead and support payroll operations in coordination with Finance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide expert advice to managers and employees on compensation-related matters.
  • Drive HRIS implementation and integration to improve C&B processes and data accuracy.
  • Lead and develop a capable C&B team.
Experience requirements
  • Over 10 years in C&B specialization under large size of manufacturing working environment
  • Experience to deal with consulting firms for Salary Survey, HR Benchmarking
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in workday implementation
  • Able to relocate to Chonburi
