The Head of Project Development leads the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of real estate development projects. This role oversees the entire project lifecycle—from feasibility studies and land acquisition to design, construction, and handover—ensuring alignment with company goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Strategic Planning & Feasibility:
  • Identify and evaluate potential development opportunities.
  • Conduct market research, financial modeling, and feasibility studies.
  • Prepare business cases and investment proposals for executive approval.
• Project Management:
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants (architects, engineers, contractors).
  • Monitor project progress and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Liaise with government authorities for permits and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align development with market needs.
  • Manage relationships with investors, partners, and community stakeholders.
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor the project development team.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Risk & Quality Management:
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in real estate development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Thai real estate market, zoning laws, and construction regulations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use projects.
