About the Company

Our client is a leading Thai FMCG companies who operating their business over decades. They are now seeking a Sales Director to spearhead business expansion in local and Southeast Asia markets. This newly created leadership role is pivotal in enhancing sales performance across three distinct channels: Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, and Overseas Market.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage sales teams across Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, and Overseas Market channels
  • Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the Assistant Vice President to enhance performance
  • Launch and promote innovative products to drive market penetration and sales growth
  • Coordinate in-store activities and sales campaigns within the Traditional Trade channel
  • Utilize CRM tools and internal platforms to make data-driven decisions and optimize sales processes
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to ensure cohesive strategy execution across all channels
Experience requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing mid-to-large sales teams effectively
  • Proven expertise in multi-channel sales, including Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, and Export markets
  • Ability to work with multi-generational teams, fostering an inclusive and productive environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and collaboration skills to drive business objectives
  • Proficiency in English is highly advantageous for effective communication and market engagement
