Oversea Business Development

Our client is a leading Thai FMCG companies who operating their business over decades. They are now seeking an Overseas Development Business. This position is integral to expanding international markets and developing strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead market entry plans and explore new business opportunities globally. Reporting to the Overseas Sales Manager, you will be supported by a dedicated team and administrative assistance.

• Analyze and explore overseas markets and retail landscapes to identify growth opportunities
• Develop and execute new market entry plans.
• Identify and build strategic partnerships or M&A opportunities to enhance business development
• Monitor overall overseas business performance and propose improvement ideas for strategic growth
• Plan and personally lead overseas trips to facilitate business development and market expansion
• Coordinate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure effective execution of business plans
• Conduct monthly performance evaluations with clear KPIs to assess progress and areas for improvement

• Experience of 1–2 years in business development, marketing, or international markets is required
• Background in personal care, FMCG, skincare, or mother & baby products is advantageous
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders
• TOEIC score of 550 or higher is necessary for proficiency in English communication
• Knowledge of Chinese language or experience dealing with Chinese partners is a plus
• Open-minded and proactive in sharing ideas to foster innovation and strategic thinking
• Excellent self-management skills and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team
