About the Company

As the Head of Compensation & Benefits, you will be responsible for designing, leading, and executing company’s total rewards strategy to attract, motivate, and retain top talent. This includes developing competitive compensation frameworks, overseeing benefits programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business goals through data-driven reward solutions

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the overall compensation and benefits strategy aligned with business and people strategy.
  • Lead the design of salary structures, incentive programs, job evaluation systems, and performance-based reward models.
  • Oversee executive compensation, annual salary reviews, bonus planning, and long-term incentive plans.
  • Manage and enhance employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement, wellness, and flexible benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to ensure competitive market positioning and support workforce planning.
  • Leverage HR analytics to assess compensation effectiveness, pay equity, and workforce trends.
  • Benchmark compensation practices against local and global market trends and provide insights to the leadership team.
  • Manage stakeholder's relationships related to benefits administration and market surveys.
  • Build, coach, and lead a high-performing C&B team with a strong focus on service delivery, compliance, and innovation.


Experience requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in compensation and benefits.
  • Experience in large-scale, complex organizations, preferably in technology, or fast-paced service industries.
  • Strong knowledge of job grading systems, salary benchmarking tools, and performance-based compensation design.
  • Familiarity with Thai labor law, tax regulations, and statutory benefits.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in Thai and English (both spoken and written).
