They are looking for a strategic and driven Sales Manager with strong consultative selling skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage complex client relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales activities, from prospecting to deal closure, focusing on key accounts in telecom, service providers, public safety, and system integrator segments
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular engagement, understanding of business needs, and delivery of value-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with technical, product, and solution teams to deliver tailored telecom network infrastructure solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales approaches and contribute to product development insight
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates to senior management
- Guide and mentor the sales team to achieve targets
Experience requirements
- Minimum 9 years of sales or business development experience in telecom network infrastructure or IT solutions, preferably serving Service Providers, Telecom, Public Safety, or Integrated Systems sectors
- Proven ability to manage large accounts and complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, with team management skills
- Fluent in both Thai and English
