Business Controller (Project-Based)

We're currently seeking for a Business Controller (Project-Based) for our client. A leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions, committed to enhancing operational efficiency for warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities globally.

This regional role oversees financial operations not only in Thailand but across other countries within the region. You will be monitoring budgets, analyzing cost variations, and ensuring alignment with the company’s financial objectives.

Key responsibilities include reconciling financial data, driving profitability in the P&L, and managing financial planning activities such as weekly cost tracking, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Monitor operational budget in business activity in the company, based on the regular budget that has been made, to ensure the activity of the company in accordance with company's business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze variations with a focus on costs VS estimates or budget
• Reconcile the data from various reports for accuracy.
• Drive for the profitability in P&L
• Understanding and following business rule
• Support and manage financial planning and forecasting activities i.e., weekly cost tracking report annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, rolling forecast.
• Prepare weekly cost tracking report and cooperate with project managers to help them meet budgeting goals.
• Maintain the standard costing and variance.
• Prepare reports and presenting information to key stakeholders.
• Other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor 

• At least 5 years working in a multinational environment
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of IFRS, FS, P&L and tax regulations.
• Problem-solving mindset with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and effective time management.
• Good communication skill in English. 

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
