Talent Acquisition Manager

Our partner, a global leader in automotive part manufacturing, is expanding rapidly across the region. With strong business growth and new investments, they are now growing their team at speed.

They're currently looking for a passionate Recruiter Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has proven experience supporting organizational growth.

• Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand workforce needs and define recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles across engineering, production, corporate functions, and management.
• Leverage various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, internal referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Coordinate with regional HR and talent teams to ensure alignment in recruitment practices and employer branding.
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns, particularly within the manufacturing and engineering community.
• Provide market insights, competitor talent mapping, and recruitment metrics reports to support strategic workforce planning.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, ideally within manufacturing, automotive, or high-growth environments.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume and multi-functional hiring.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Thai, English and Chinese is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working in multinational or regional teams is a plus.
