About the Company
The three-fold model involves collaboration between the developer, consultancy, and investment partner. This model focuses on actively developing and managing high-conviction real estate opportunities, providing comprehensive real estate consultancy services, and sourcing strategic capital through the Group’s extensive network and synergies.
Job Responsibilities
- Set strategy, goals, and budget for the procurement team to prioritize all purchasing activities.
- Develop and implement procurement systems, workflows, and reporting for the company.
- Conduct research to identify potential suppliers and new innovations.
- Build relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices, discounts, and product terms.
- Review and compare purchasing orders, track vendors, prices, and product lists.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
- Prepare and present weekly reports, tracking status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.
- Oversee procurement execution, logistics, material management, and payment processes.
Experience requirements
- 7 years+ of construction management required
- Undergraduate degree in civil engineer, project management, or related degree
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and management skills
- Ability to analyze data and present key findings both verbally and in written form
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, regulatory approvals etc.
- Proficiency in full suite of Microsoft office produce (Excel, PowerPoint, and word)
- Excellent knowledge in design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbally and written)
- Strong communication skills - for liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, professionals, and workers on site

- Excellent planning and organizational skills - for writing and monitoring project plans and schedules and utilizing time and resources effectively

Education requirements
- Bachelors’ degree or higher in Engineer, Architecture, Real Estate Management, Finance, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in procurement field especially in the construction industry such as construction company, development company, and suppliers.
- Knowledge and understanding of procurement procedures and construction materials.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong leadership, analytical, critical thinking, and problem–solving skills.
