About the Company

Job Responsibilities
  • Set strategy, goals, and budget for the procurement team to prioritize all purchasing activities.
  • Develop and implement procurement systems, workflows, and reporting for the company.
  • Conduct research to identify potential suppliers and new innovations.
  • Build relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices, discounts, and product terms.
  • Review and compare purchasing orders, track vendors, prices, and product lists.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
  • Prepare and present weekly reports, tracking status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.
  • Oversee procurement execution, logistics, material management, and payment processes.
Experience requirements
  • 7 years+ of construction management required 
  • Undergraduate degree in civil engineer, project management, or related degree 
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and management skills 
  • Ability to analyze data and present key findings both verbally and in written form 
  • Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, regulatory approvals etc. 
  • Proficiency in full suite of Microsoft office produce (Excel, PowerPoint, and word) 
  • Excellent knowledge in design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbally and written) 
  • Strong communication skills - for liaising with a wide range of stakeholders, professionals, and workers on site

  • Leadership skills and an ability to motivate your team to ensure a high standard of work
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills - for writing and monitoring project plans and schedules and utilizing time and resources effectively

  • Commercial awareness - to allocate and manage your budget effectively and to understand client concerns 
Education requirements
  • Bachelors’ degree or higher in Engineer, Architecture, Real Estate Management, Finance, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in procurement field especially in the construction industry such as construction company, development company, and suppliers.
  • Knowledge and understanding of procurement procedures and construction materials.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, critical thinking, and problem–solving skills.
