With over 30 years of experience and many installations across Thailand and nearby countries, it continues to expand its services with a dedicated office in Bangkok for faster customer support.

• Designing RMS service models, optimizing operational workflows, and developing monetization strategies.
• Coordinating and aligning with call centers, maintenance services, and sales teams.
• Preparing proposal documents and supporting sales activities.
• Organizing RMS data utilization and defining key value propositions.
• Exploring future integration scenarios with Building IoT and collaborating internally to realize them

• Experience in RMS system development and operation or IoT platform service strategy and planning experience
• Experience in the maintenance service business of an elevator company
• Experience in field maintenance operations across multiple sites (e.g., HVAC, bank ATMs)
• Experience in business development or sales at a Japanese company Character
• Motivated to design services and develop businesses utilizing technology.
• Strong execution skills, especially in coordinating with internal stakeholders (Service Division, Sales Division, Digital Building Division, Internal IT, and Executive Management) to turn ideas into action.

Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in any field

Languages:

English – Intermediate level for internal communication

Japanese – If can speak is good advantage
