About the Company
- Partner with senior leaders to identify critical roles and build succession pipelines.
- Facilitate regional talent reviews, assessing readiness and potential using structured frameworks
- Design and implement leadership development programs
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and career development support for key talent.
- Drive cross-border assignments and regional projects to develop global/regional leadership mindsets.
- Develop and execute the regional L&D framework aligned with global strategy.
- Build and implement capability-building programs: technical, leadership, and future skills (e.g., digital, data, sustainability).
- Partner with business units to conduct training needs analysis and deliver tailored solutions.
- Lead initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and engagement across the region.
- Support business transformation (digital, structural, or cultural) with change management interventions.
Job Responsibilities
- 10+ years in HR with strong focus on HRD, OD, Talent Management, and L&D.
- Regional/multi-country experience required; MNC or large-scale organizational background preferred.
- Proven track record in succession planning and leadership development programs.
- Strong facilitation, program design, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English (other regional languages are an advantage).
