Job Responsibilities

This role is responsible for shaping and executing HR strategies that align with the company’s long-term business objectives, with a strong emphasis on leveraging data and analytics. This role partners with senior leadership to design data-driven people strategies, generate workforce insights, and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives in driving organizational success.


  • Partner with business leaders to define and execute HR strategies that support growth and organizational priorities.
  • Integrate business intelligence, industry benchmarks, and workforce analytics into HR strategy development.
  • Lead workforce planning supported by predictive analytics to forecast future talent needs.
  • Build and manage HR dashboards, scorecards, and advanced analytics models (e.g., turnover prediction, talent risk, engagement drivers).
  • Develop data-driven frameworks for succession planning, leadership pipelines, and talent readiness.
  • Support organizational transformation initiatives with data-driven change management strategies.
  • Lead HRIS and digital transformation projects, ensuring robust data governance and reporting capabilities.
Experience requirements
  • 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years focused on HR strategy, people analytics, or workforce planning.
  • Proven ability to apply statistical methods, data modeling, and visualization in HR context.
  • Proficiency with HR analytics tools and data tools - Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
  • Understand Thai labor law and fluent in English
