Overseas Sales Manager

My client, a strong player in consumer goods industry is seeking a talented overseas sales manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales expansion strategy, including budget management and forecasting to achieve ambitious growth targets.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, preparing detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on sales performance, expenses, and profitability.
• Lead collaborative efforts with our marketing and distribution partners, overseeing business reviews, strategy execution, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage the end-to-end sales order process, ensuring all details—including payment, credit terms, delivery schedules, and product information—are accurate and monitored.
• Conduct regular customer visits and market surveys to gather insights, strengthen relationships, and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Act as a company representative at international events and trade shows, promoting our brand and building key industry connections.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in overseas sales or a related business development role.
• Exceptional command of English, with a proven ability to communicate, negotiate, and build rapport effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• A valid driver's license.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, International Business, Economics, or a related field.
