DC Operation Manager (Dry Food)

We are partnering with an Integrated Logistics Services Provider to recruit a skilled professional with hands-on expertise in managing distribution center operations and delivering integrated logistics solutions.

• Oversee end-to-end operations of the Dry Food Distribution Center, including inbound, sortation, inventory management, replenishment, and dispatch.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety and quality standards, including HACCP, GMP, and ISO regulations.
• Lead manpower planning, shift scheduling, and workforce development to optimize operational efficiency.
• Monitor and improve warehouse productivity, accuracy, and service levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supply chain and logistics goals.
• Implement and maintain SOPs and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage inventory control processes to minimize shrinkage and ensure stock accuracy.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized working environment in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

• 7–10 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center management, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in food retail or FMCG warehouse operations, with strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work 6 days per week, with flexibility for shift-based operations.

• Bachelor degree or higher
