Job Position: Marketing Coordinator - Logistics Company

Work location: Bangkok

Our client is a well-known logistics services company, including sea and air transportation, import and export customs clearance, import tax reduction and refund procedures, special license acquisition, land transportation, and warehousing. The company was established for nearly 30 years in Thailand, with motivation and a high market share in global markets.

• Coordinate between operations and customers to resolve issues when sales staff are unavailable, including communication with overseas teams

• Handle customer inquiries by comparing prices and services to identify the best match for customer requirements

• Support departmental operations, coordination, and administrative tasks as assigned

• Regularly update freight rates for each port and carrier to ensure competitive service offerings

• Source new transportation providers offering competitive pricing and reliable service quality

• Accurately calculate and verify all related costs to ensure precise quotations and profitability

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, sales coordination, or related roles

• Knowledge of international transportation or freight forwarding is an advantage

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Responsible, punctual, and able to work well under pressure

• Creative, analytical, and skilled in presenting information effectively

• Proficient in computer applications and MS Office

• Bachelor’s Degree or a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, and related fields (New graduates are welcome)

• Good command in English at an internal conversation level (TOEIC score is preferred)
