Job Responsibilities
- Develop business strategies to expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with procedures.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, etc)
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
Experience requirements
- Experienced in relevant field for 5-7 years.
Education requirements
- BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation.
- Customer management skill.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English language skill.
