Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor, follow up and coordinate the resolution of pricing cycles, unbilled sales, interface with internal and external parties to ensure all unidentified payments are applied to customer account in a timely manner
  • Monitor daily system reports, aging items, queries, system auto-match malfunction and follows defined escalation process without delay
  • Review and validate invoices for accuracy, as required, cancel and rebill invoices as requested to correct issues
  • Assist in projects, initiative or development of root cause analysis to facilitate corrective actions and reduce number of invoice and payment allocation inaccuracy, also support sales in resolution and escalations
  • Execute operational activities in compliance with Controls requirements of the respective business area


Experience requirements

Fresh graduates are welcome

Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Strong academic background
  • Fluent in English: TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+
  • Fluent in Korean: TOPIK 5+
  • Fluent in Thai
